Went in for a consultation for my 10 yr old son.  The office was wonderfully decorated and staff warm and friendly upon check in. Sonya our consultant was friendly, kind and answered all our questions. She was patient  with my son while taking photos and images. She answered all my questions and I left the office without any concerns.

People working here are very kind and helpful. From receptionist to assistants to senior doctors, everyone is extremely soft spoken, understand your needs and guide you step by step during work in progress. They are not at all working to make pay checks but instead help the patients. They went above and beyond to help me. Such a wonderful experience! Thankyou to the whole team.

After deliberating for years, I finally decided to invest in the smile I've always wanted by getting braces as an adult. Midway through my treatment, the business underwent a change in ownership, leading to some communication challenges regarding aftercare support.
